Clean rooms and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. Breakfast options could use more variety. There are nice hiking trails nearby, too.

The gal who checked us in.
We requested permission upon our arrival to have our grand kids come swimming with us. The gal who checked us in gave permission if we accepted responsibility. We did of course because that is why we were there to visit grand kids. All was fine and there was another set of grand parents there too visiting and swimming with grand kids. Then the guy who runs the place I guess came in and kicked us out of the pool. Seriously? We take responsibility anyway according to the sign of no life guard on duty and we were given permission. Won't stay again

We went hiking at Chiricahua National Monument and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean. For future guests, there's a grocery store nearby. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway!
Only downside was the limited breakfast items available, but we managed with what was there. It could use a few more options to make it better.

When we told the front desk the room was incorrect, we were told there was nothing they could do about it since we made the reservation on Booked.net. When we reported there was no light in our bathroom, we were told there was nothing they could do as there wasno maintenance person on duty and they didn't have a ladder. There were flies everywhere.

Not enough wash rags and towels and trashcans are way too small.
Got there late but the older women working at the check in desk was not too friendly. Maybe she was tired. I don't know.

The staff was friendly, always
Ready to assist and. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, but the cleaning could have been more thorough as I noticed some dust on the shelves.

It was right off the frwy and the pool was decent and refreshing.
The breakfast was not great. The eggs were like sponge, the waffles were already toasted and cold so I didn't bother trying the coffee. My kids thought it was fine as they had some surgery cereals to choose from. The room was really old and had lots of chips and dents everywhere.

Great front desk staff provided helpful assistance.
The sink in our room was clogged. The ice machine was broken, and there was a bad smell coming from the refrigerator. Dust covered the furniture, especially disappointing considering the location's dust storms.

I like the double sink vanity where there is plenty of room for me to lay out my toiletries. All the rooms come with a mini frig and microwave. Also like the table and 2 chairs. I like that it is an easy walk to the Safeway. The beds are comfortable. Shower works well. I loved the instant hot water which I don't have at home. The rooms are spacious. I always go to this hotel when visiting my parents in Willcox. I have tried all the rest and feel this is the best for the price. The breakfast isn't fancy but enough to keep one going. The room is set up with 3 washcloths, 3 hand towels + 3 bath towels for 2 people. If you think you are going to need more than that just ask straight away. the lobby has a few small tables and the TV is on. Has a friendly feeling.
The Wifi was not solid. I couldn't maintain a connection. Room on upper West side of building is noisy due to trucks coming off the freeway. Quieter on the east side.
